​$200 for a Cold Bed (plus $100 depost returned upon a 30 day notice. Deposit returned only with a 2 month minimum stay). Currently room 3, 4 have been converted to personal rooms as well and are leasing for $450 per month. $300 per month for non-commuters in the bunk beds, only 2 non-commuters allowed in any one month.
