Where is the pad located: We have crashpads located near LAX, SFO, and IAH.

Is there parking: There is street or open parking near all of our pads if you have a vehicle. We have very few paid parking spots available. Please send us a message to inquire.

Is there a washer and dryer: There is on-site coin operated laundry in our LAX pad. $1.75 to wash and $1.50 to dry per load. Our IAH and SFO pads have washer and dryers in the units. Wash hours for our in unit washers and dryers are between 10 AM and 8 PM.

How many beds per room: Each room has about 6 beds (3 bunk beds).

How many beds per apartment: Each room has on average 6 beds (3 bunk beds per room). There are a few large rooms with four bunk beds and a few small rooms with only 2 bunk beds.

How many people are there per night: There are roughly 2 to 6 people in the pad at any given night. Of course there could be more or less, but more than 6 is a rarity.

I am a non-commuter, is that okay: You are considered a non-commuter if you are not on a lease or mortgage somewhere outside of the pad. We will ask you to verify if necessary. We understand that getting started in the airline can be financially stressful and not everyone can afford normal rent and crashpad rent, especially in our California market. To accommodate, we have very few spaces in specific pads that will accommodate non-commuters, but, and we stress, if people can tell you are a non-commuter, then you are non-commuting all wrong and we will ask you to leave. In addition, non-commuters will be charged a fee of $100 per month in addition to rent. Please understand that as a non-commuter, you are still considered a guest and this does not create a Landlord-Tenant relationship. It is assumed that you are simply not paying rent elsewhere but otherwise have a place you can call home.

Do you have a cleaning service: Yes, our pads are professionally cleaned twice a month BUT, we expect our guest to pitch in to keep the place tidy.

Is there storage space: Yes, there is plenty of storage space for your average commuter. If you are expecting to pack like you live there, then you will be disappointed.

Is there transportation to and from the airport: Transportation to and from the airport should be taken care of personally. Popular modes of transportation are Uber, Lyft, and public transportation. Lyft and Uber typically run $6 to $10 depending on which pad you are in and time of day.

Are these cold or hot beds: Cold only

How much are the cold beds: It varies per city. SFO - $400, LAX - $375, IAH - $200

Are all of your rooms and apartments co-ed:  LAX and SFO has one all male pad. We have tried to separate men and women in the past in all of our apartments and it was more of a headache than a benefit. Most people find once they get settled, it is not a big deal since all you are doing in the room, should be sleeping. Changing or anything requiring privacy should be taken care of in the bathroom.

Do you only accept flight attendants and pilots: At this point, yes.

How will I gain access: All of our pads have keyless entry. The code will be given to you upon receipt of first months rent.

How much is the deposit: Deposit is $100 ($120 for SFO). You will get that back WITH AND ONLY WITH a 30 day notice on the 1st of the month (SFO tenants will only receive back $100 of the $120. $20 is for your key fob for building access), that you will no longer need the pad for the FOLLOWING month. You can give us that notice by reducing your last month payment by $100.

How do you accept payment: You can send payments and deposits via paypal (please use the friend or family option) or Venmo or square cash using the email address devine.dante@gmail.com, you can also use that email address to set up a payment via bank of america, chase bank, wells fargo, capital one, fifth third bank, 1st bank, PNC, usbank and USAA using their zelle program.  Deposit is non refundable without a 30 day notice, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Is there grocery and restaruants nearby: Yes, all of our locations were decided upon based on proximity to restaurants, grocery, and the airport. You can walk to restaurants and grocery in under 5 minutes from any of our pads.
